life boats i heard in the news on friday night that cornwall received two weeks of rain in just one day. i saw images of porthleven being crushed under gigantic untameable looking waves. i heard the rain thundering down on our skylight like a mountain waterfall after the snowmelt. a reminder that nature is queen and our lives tiny. we owe her. and we’ve developed complicated ways to help us forgetting that. this old poster […]
once this week i learnt how to use a spinning wheel; my clown mug got a crack; a lemon butterfly was born too early and died in the cold; a broken-winged seagull crashed into the river.
